National HIV/AIDS Conference
CCSDO is proud to be part of impactful discussions at the National HIV/AIDS Conference – AIDSCON 14.
This platform brings together experts, policymakers, and social leaders to break barriers in HIV care and build inclusive, accessible healthcare systems for vulnerable communities.
Together, through collaboration and awareness, we move closer to a future free from stigma and discrimination.






Crime Control and Social Development Organisation (CCSDO) proudly collaborated in the Community Engagement Meeting with Key Stakeholders organized with APSWDP under the aegis of Chandigarh State AIDS Control Society (CSACS).
The initiative focused on strengthening support systems for vulnerable communities and promoting inclusive healthcare, awareness, and community participation.
Such dialogues and collaborations help build stronger networks that ensure dignity, equality, and access to essential services for everyone.

Pathways to Inclusion: Strengthening Support for Vulnerable Communities
CCSDO collaborated in a two-day Virtual Awareness Programme on Social Defence Issues and Rehabilitation of Persons Engaged in Begging, organized in association with the National Institute of Social Defence (NISD) and APSWDP. The initiative aimed to promote awareness and dialogue on key social defence concerns, which include protection and welfare of vulnerable groups such as marginalized communities, elderly persons, and individuals affected by social exclusion. Social defence programmes focus on strengthening community support systems and improving policies that safeguard dignity and social justice.
Awareness Programme on Social Defence Issues & Rehabilitation of Persons Engaged in Begging
Day 1 of the programme focused on understanding broader Social Defence Issues, highlighting the role of social workers, institutions, and civil society organizations in addressing challenges faced by vulnerable populations. Day 2 focused on the Rehabilitation of Persons Engaged in Begging, discussing rehabilitation strategies such as counselling, education, skill development, and livelihood support to help individuals reintegrate into society with dignity and sustainable opportunities.
Menstrual Hygiene Awareness Session – Indira Basti & Timarpur Basti
Crime Control and Social Development Organisation (CCSDO), in collaboration with the Department of Social Work, University of Delhi, conducted a Menstrual Hygiene Awareness Session for women and young girls in Indira Basti and Timarpur Basti.
The session focused on spreading awareness about menstrual health, hygiene practices, breaking taboos, and promoting dignity and confidence among women.
Through such community outreach initiatives, we aim to empower women with the knowledge and resources needed for better health and well-being.
Together, we continue working towards a healthier and more informed society.
