At CCSDO (Crime Control & Social Development Organisation), our strength lies in the collective vision, dedication, and leadership of individuals who are committed to creating positive social change. Our organisation is guided by an experienced Governing Board, Advisory Members, and a dynamic Executive Team who bring together knowledge and expertise from the fields of social development, law, policy, community engagement, youth empowerment, and organisational management.
Under the leadership of Ms. Kavita Rawat, Founder and Chairperson, CCSDO works with a strong belief that sustainable development is possible through collaboration, innovation, and active community participation. The team works together to design and implement meaningful programmes that address important social issues including gender equality, youth development, skill building, health awareness, women empowerment, child education, and community development.
Governing Board

Executive Team
The Executive Team plays an important role in planning, coordinating, and implementing CCSDO programmes and initiatives. From community outreach and awareness campaigns to social development activities, the team works closely with communities and partners to turn ideas into meaningful action.

Mr. Godara supports the executive leadership, overseeing program implementation and ensuring our social initiatives reach the most vulnerable communities effectively.
Dr. Masih manages organizational compliance, board communications, and strategic partnerships, ensuring transparency across all of CCSDO's active projects.
Mr. Swami oversees the financial health, budgeting, and resource allocation of CCSDO, maintaining strict financial compliance and donor trust.
