Responsibility that Reaches Communities
Pad Bank Initiative in Chandigarh
The Pad Bank Initiative by CCSDO, under the Society Change Maker Movement (SCMM), promotes menstrual dignity and access to quality sanitary pads for underserved women. Led by Mrs. Kavita Rawat, the initiative brought together community leaders, healthcare professionals, and philanthropists to address period poverty. With strong support from NULM City Level Federation members, the programme highlighted the impact of collective action in creating healthier and more dignified communities.




Godara Food Drive
The Godara Family Food Distribution Initiative was organized by Crime Control & Social Development Organisation (CCSDO) under the generous sponsorship of Mr. Prahlad Kumar Godara in loving memory of Late Shri Bahadur Ram Godara Ji. As a tribute to his values of compassion and service, the initiative provided 100 freshly prepared Rajma Rice meals to workers and people in need at Noida Sector-06. This act of kindness aimed to ensure that no one was left hungry while inspiring the spirit of community welfare.
The distribution drive was successfully carried out with the support of dedicated volunteers Kavita Rawat, Sangeeta, Sunil Kumar, Satya Prakash, and Jaswant Khanna, under the coordination of Program Manager Prashant Singh. Their collective efforts ensured smooth meal distribution and created a meaningful impact among the local community. The initiative reinforced the belief that serving food with compassion is one of the purest forms of humanity and a powerful way to create smiles through emotions.


Mother's Day Activity
On the occasion of Mother's Day, Crime Control & Social Development Organisation (CCSDO) organized a special educational activity at Vijay Public School and Sardar Patel School in Trilokpuri, Delhi. A total of 250 children participated in the programme, where they wrote heartfelt letters expressing love, gratitude, and respect for their mothers. Along with the activity, students received stationery materials sponsored by JK Paper Ltd., creating an engaging and meaningful learning experience.
The initiative aimed to strengthen the emotional bond between children and their mothers while promoting creativity, communication, and the importance of education. Under the guidance of Program Manager Satya Prakash Dwivedi and with the support of volunteers Prashant Singh and Sunil Kumar, the activity was successfully conducted across both schools. The enthusiastic participation of students and teachers made the programme a memorable celebration of love, learning, and appreciation.


Every heartfelt word written by a child is a beautiful tribute to the unconditional love of a mother. ❤️
Spreading Smiles Through Education
The Spreading Smiles Through Education initiative was organized by Crime Control & Social Development Organisation (CCSDO) to provide educational support to children from underprivileged communities. Held at Common Man Trust, Trilokpuri, Delhi, the programme distributed stationery kits to 100 children, helping them continue their education with confidence and enthusiasm. Sponsored by Mr. Prahlad Kumar Godara Ji, the initiative paid tribute to the legacy of Late Shri Bahadur Ram Godara Ji through meaningful community service.
The initiative was led by Satya Prakash Dwivedi with the support of dedicated volunteers Prashant Singh, Sunil Kumar, Lalit Kumar, and Ravi Singh. Their collective efforts ensured a smooth distribution process and brought smiles to the children. More than distributing stationery, the programme inspired hope, encouraged learning, and reaffirmed the belief that education is the foundation of a brighter future.


Every notebook gifted today writes the first chapter of a brighter tomorrow.


Computer Literacy Program
The Computer Literacy Program was initiated to provide children from underserved communities with access to basic computer education and digital skills. The programme focuses on introducing students to computers, digital tools and essential technology concepts that can support their education and future career opportunities.
Through practical learning and structured digital literacy training, more than 200 children have been trained under this initiative. CCSDO believes that access to computer education can help bridge the digital divide and give children the confidence and skills required to participate in an increasingly digital world.


Stitching & Beauty Training
The Stitching & Beauty Training Programme focuses on creating livelihood opportunities for women through practical and employment-oriented skills. Participants receive training in tailoring, embroidery and beauty services, enabling them to develop skills that can be used for employment, freelancing or self-employment.
More than 150 women have been trained through the initiative, with participants gaining opportunities to become financially more independent. With support from Jindal Stainless, CCSDO continues to promote women skill development and vocational training as important tools for economic empowerment.


Digital Literacy Programme
The Digital Literacy Programme is one of CCSDO's major education initiatives, created to bridge the digital divide and provide students with access to technology-based learning. The programme has been implemented across 137+ schools, introducing students to digital tools, technology and essential digital learning skills.
The programme has reached more than 1 lakh students, creating a significant impact in the field of digital education. By improving access to digital learning, CCSDO aims to prepare students for a technology-driven future and help them build the confidence and skills required for higher education, employment and continued learning.
Women Empowernment Programme
The Women Empowerment Programme focuses on strengthening women's confidence, awareness, skills and access to opportunities. Through workshops, skill development sessions and community-based activities, CCSDO creates spaces where women can learn, connect and take informed steps towards greater social and economic independence.
With the support of Delhi Police, the initiative has empowered hundreds of women through awareness and capacity-building activities. CCSDO believes that an empowered woman can contribute significantly to the development of her family and community, making women's empowerment an important part of sustainable social development.


Women Stitching Course
The Women Stitching Course provides practical tailoring and stitching training to women who want to develop an income-generating skill. The programme focuses on hands-on learning, helping participants understand stitching techniques and develop the confidence needed to use their skills professionally.
With support from Jindal Stainless, CCSDO promotes vocational education and livelihood development for women. The initiative aims to help women move towards self-reliance by creating opportunities for employment, home-based work and small-scale entrepreneurship.


Tourism Course- EaseMyTrip
The Tourism Course was developed to provide young people with practical skills and career opportunities in the tourism and hospitality sector. The programme focuses on industry-oriented training, professional development and preparing participants for employment opportunities in a growing service sector.
Through the initiative, 300 participants have been trained and placed. With support from EaseMyTrip, CCSDO connects skill development with employment opportunities, helping young people build professional confidence and move towards sustainable livelihoods.




Nayi Roshni Project
The Nayi Roshni Project is a holistic education initiative focused on children from underserved communities. The programme goes beyond classroom learning by supporting children's education, attendance, learning habits and overall development in a nurturing environment.
The initiative has supported 120 children, with improvements in attendance and learning being key outcomes. Through Nayi Roshni, CCSDO aims to help children remain connected with education, build confidence and develop the foundational skills needed to create better opportunities for their future.
POSH Compliance
The POSH Compliance Programme focuses on creating safer, respectful and inclusive workplaces through awareness, training and compliance support related to the Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace framework. CCSDO works with organisations to improve awareness of workplace rights, responsibilities and appropriate mechanisms for addressing concerns.
The programme also supports organisations in understanding the role and responsibilities of their Internal Committee (IC) and building stronger workplace safety systems. Through POSH awareness and compliance initiatives, CCSDO aims to promote dignity, accountability and a culture of respect across workplaces.


SANKALP Project
The SANKALP Project focuses on entrepreneurship development, business awareness and livelihood-oriented training. The initiative helps participants understand entrepreneurship opportunities and develop the knowledge and skills required to take their business ideas forward.
Through the project, 55 participants have been trained with support from NIESBUD. CCSDO aims to encourage aspiring entrepreneurs to explore self-employment opportunities, strengthen their business knowledge and work towards sustainable livelihood generation


Transgender Makeup Course
The Transgender Makeup Course is an inclusive skill development initiative designed to create livelihood and employment opportunities for members of the transgender community. The programme provides practical training in professional makeup skills and helps participants develop competencies that can support employment or self-employment.
With support from NISD, CCSDO focuses on improving employability, confidence and access to dignified livelihood opportunities. The initiative reflects CCSDO's commitment to inclusive skill development and creating opportunities for communities that may face barriers to formal employment.




Menstrual Hygiene Awareness
CCSDO conducted Menstrual Hygiene Awareness sessions in schools and communities to educate adolescent girls about menstrual health, hygiene practices, safe period management, and common myths. The programme reached 1,800+ girls, helping improve their knowledge, confidence, and comfort in discussing menstrual health.
To overcome hesitation and social stigma, sessions were conducted in a safe, friendly, and interactive environment. Gaps in sanitation and menstrual facilities were also identified and communicated to the concerned authorities for appropriate action.
Training programme to Tihar Jail
CCSDO extended its vocational training programme to Tihar Jail to support the rehabilitation of inmates through practical skill development. Professional trainers conducted stitching and vocational classes within the jail premises, helping participants learn useful skills that could support employment and self-reliance after release.
100+ inmates participated in the programme, with some getting opportunities to work on skill-based projects within the jail. Special emphasis was placed on motivating women inmates and helping them understand the importance of vocational skills for their future, building their confidence and encouraging them towards a more independent life.


Dadi Nani Pathshala
CCSDO’s Dadi Nani Pathshala promotes lifelong learning, digital literacy, and emotional well-being among elderly women through interactive classes, counselling, and motivational activities. With support from volunteers and youth mentors, participants engaged in reading, writing, and digital learning.
The initiative reached 100+ elderly women, improving their confidence, literacy, emotional well-being, and social connection. Friendly teaching and peer encouragement helped overcome initial hesitation and encouraged active participation.
